STORAGE & HANDLING
Juices and milks should be kept chilled at all times – keep them in the refrigerator, or cooler with ice or thermal packs. Use a thermal bag or cooler for transporting your chilled juices and milk – these would last 2-3hours outside the refrigerator. Keep away from heat or hot objects.
Juices and milks packed in glass bottles should not be frozen. Freezing might cause the seal to rupture, and the juice will ferment upon thawing.
Because our fresh pressed juices and milks contain no preservatives, bottles that have been opened should be immediately consumed upon opening. After that period of time, juices and milks will begin their natural fermentation and deterioration process.
Juices and milks are delivered to the customer with a shelf life of about 2 days (48 hours). For example, if you receive your juices on a Monday, consume until Wednesday night. Best to consume juices on schedule to reap its maximum benefits.
Submit payment confirmation, which can either be a bank deposit slip or a screenshot of online payment transfer, the day before your scheduled cleanse date. Cutoff time for payment confirmation is 12 noon. CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE
We require 24 hours cancellation/rescheduling notice which can be done either thru SMS, email or voice call. Please wait for confirmation notice from our end. Please understand that your order is made specifically for you – pressed upon ordering and highly perishable. If you are unable to reschedule in time, your juices can be transferable to a loved one.
Juice Hut cannot assure exact delivery time but normal delivery time is between 9am to 6pm. For office delivery, kindly notify us of office hours other than 9am – 6pm. Other than flooding, major traffic accidents, or any unavoidable natural calamity, please be assured your order will be delivered to you on your scheduled date of delivery.
Delivery date should be scheduled the day BEFORE your first cleansing day. Juice Hut delivers daily Monday-Saturday, except for Sunday. We respect that each person starts her day differently, there are early-birds and we have night shift clients who start their cleanse at night. Receive your juices early so you can prepare your body and condition your mind for the coming cleanse process.
Make sure that someone is there to receive your order on your scheduled delivery date. In case no one is available to receive your order at the time of delivery, your order will be sent back to the head quarters. Juices shall be available for pick-up at Cash & Carry or re-delivery at an extra fee.
ORDER HOLDING TIME
In case the receiving person is not available upon arrival of our courier at the designated delivery area, courier will notify the customer of the arrival of his order via SMS. Time allotted for holding of orders is 30 minutes. If no reply is received by courier within 30 minutes, your order will be sent back to the head quarters and shall be available for re-delivery at an extra fee.
DELIVERY FOR OFFICE OR CONDOMINIUM BUILDING
Third party courier will send SMS to the customer once he is in the building area. You can either meet the courier at the driveway or instruct to have the juices left at the lobby.
Parking fee is not included in the delivery fee and will be shouldered by the client, if necessary.
We do airport or bus transfer for provincial deliveries. Handling fee of 400.00 PLUS airport or bus fees apply.
Juice Hut supports recycling thus we accept bottle returns. Each bottle returned is equivalent to Php 5.00 rebate on your next order (no need to return bottle caps). However, bottle returns will only be accepted at our pick-up points: Cash & Carry in Makati or Cedar Crest in Taguig. We use third-party delivery service who will in turn charge us for bringing the bottles from your place to our head quarters.
REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
In case of errors in order (incorrect number of bottles, wrong flavors, etc), kindly inform us WITHIN 12 HOURS upon receiving your order. Photo evidence to support complaint is required, you may submit your complaint with photo via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or viber (0917.572.5855). Appropriate refund or replacement will be given subject to evaluation from the Juice Hut management.
